Imageworx specializes in professional file conversion and color separations for all major print processes. We have particular expertise in the print processes normally associated with labels<\/strong>, flexible packaging<\/strong>, shrink sleeve<\/strong>, cup<\/strong>, and tube<\/strong> production. Our graphic operators utilize the latest hardware and software to perform all necessary prepress services to maximize the potential of a file once printed. Digital file conversion and transfer is available for all major graphic formats ( .pdf, .eps, .psd, etc ).<\/p>

At Imageworx, we operate with several graphic software packages to create and modify files. We are fully trained in the Adobe Creative Suite, with particular emphasis on Illustrator and Photoshop. Our primary graphic conversion software for all common prepress functions, (color separation, trapping, step & repeat) is Esko Packedge. A secondary production system currently under testing is the ECO3 suite for flexographic pre-press and color management. Photoshop and Colortone are utilized to modify process color images. Custom curves and color allowances are designated based on established customer requirements. Contract Proofs designed to simulate expected on-press print results are generated with GMG software and spectrophotometer equipped, multi-color inkjet proofing Epson print stations. These proofs are based on press profiling results obtained from initial set-up testing with the customer, and provide unmatched accuracy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Imageworx also specializes in providing for the pre-press and plate making needs of the dry offset industry. Dry Offset, which is the process normally used for the production of cylindrical containers such as tubes, cartridges, cans, aerosols, and many other containers printed in the round. Servicing the Dry Offset market was Imageworx initial area of expertise upon our inception in 1997, and we maintain the most advanced equipment and technical experience to fill any need a client may require.<\/p>

As such, we are willing to work, train, and learn, with the end goal of consistently providing excellent print results, on your equipment.
