Our preferred photopolymer suppliers are Asahi, Miraclon, and DuPont.
We believe these companies produce the finest materials in plate technology. Based on our assessment, we have invested significant resources to ensure these plates are manufactured properly.
BUILT FOR PERFORMANCE
Flexo plates made by Imageworx are exposed using high-definition LED exposure units, and solvent washed with in-line 42″ x 60″ dual-tank incremental plate processors. Plates are then precision-cut on Kongsberg cutting tables to the exact size and shape required for mounting.
This precision finishing operation is performed by Imageworx to eliminate cutting errors and reduce the risk of production delays.
RESPONSIBLE & SUSTAINABLE
All of our processing solvents are recycled in-house, with waste elements disposed of responsibly.
We have invested considerable time and resources designing and implementing an environmentally safe and friendly, closed-loop distillation system for petro-solvents.
By maintaining this process in-house, we ensure consistent quality and availability while extending economic and environmental benefits to you, our customer.
